With a passion for plant-based living and equitable access, she founded Plantis High-Rise Community Market to build a scalable, technology-driven system that delivers affordable, healthy food to underserved communities. Under her leadership, the organization focuses on strategic partnerships, expanding food access, and developing modern solutions that improve community health and long-term sustainability.
